This table of contents presents texts, works and maps related to the Embodied Ecologies project led by Wageningen University in the Netherlands, which consists of a major collaborative investigation into how people perceive and feel exposure to toxic products, how human bodies interact with a multiplicity of these products on a daily basis, and how they try to minimise their effects.

The main idea is to visualize the presence of toxic chemicals — both in the living environment and in human bodies — and how political, economic, social, and regulatory forces shape uneven exposure.

Five cities were selected to conduct research in: Manila and Baguio (Philippines), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Paris and Grenoble (France).
